Preserving History in Jacksonville

Job Description

We were honored and privileged to restore this 1959 Mohawk, an awesome piece of history! After being flown in Vietnam, this plane was decommissioned and brought to Jacksonville’s U.S. Military Air Power Museum.  When we saw this baby in the newspaper we could not resist the urge to reach out and offer our services. We collaborated with a great team from around the state of Florida, including Firehouse Auto Spa from Jacksonville, Showroom Detailing from Brevard County and Power of Excellence of Ft. Myers. When vehicles (and planes) look in this rough of shape, people tend to only think of repainting. Repaints can be extremely costly and take months if not years to complete! We knew from the start that we were able to restore this finish and preserve as much of its originality as possible. After a crazy amount of polishing, 120 to be exact, we then coated this bad boy with Gtechniq Ceramic Coatings.
